Covering 13,000 sq ft split over two floors, Wood Green Works offers coworking, dedicated office space and meeting rooms all supported by a full-time Hub Manager alongside collaborative space for events, workshops and training.

This project, backed by Haringey Council and the Mayor of London, would create flexible and affordable workspaces, co-working and creative spaces over two floors of surplus red-brick council office space. The new workspaces are aimed at entrepreneurs, start-up companies and creative practitioners in a move seeking to further establish Wood Green’s thriving creative community.
Not only are we a main contractor but our sister company BRAC Projects were able to provide all of the office furniture including solid surface laminates including desks. As such we were able to deliver to the project under budget and removed the likelihood of delays by keeping the works within our own internal group of companies.
