Since our formation in 2006, BRAC have completed hundreds of successful contracts, from small scale fit-out and renovation properties to large scale government funded projects. Meet the Team

Adam Clark – Managing Director
Adam was one of the founders of BRAC Contracts Ltd and is the strategic lead for the business. Adam promotes innovative thinking and is constantly challenging his team to innovate to deliver better solutions for BRAC’s clients. Adam’s management style is to lead by example. He is responsible for training and health and safety, and takes immense pleasure helping his staff develop their skills to achieve their greatest potential. Adam is also responsible for business development and client relations.

Lee Russell – Contract’s Manager
Lee is responsible for managing the projects and client relationships. He ensures the team’s KPIs and SLAs are met on a weekly and monthly basis. Lee ensures all Tool-box talks and Health and Safety are carried out correctly. He manages Sub Contractors Risk and Method statements and ensures safe working practices.

Emily Miller – Quantity Surveyor
Emily has over 14 years experience in Quality Surveying and is responsible for estimating and feasibility studies. She manages our projects from inception to final account.

Lee Bradley – Operations Director
Lee is co-founder of BRAC Contracts. Forty years experience in the contracting business gives Lee an excellent ability to manage clients, staff and stakeholders throughout the project cycle. Lee has overall responsibility for day to day operations.

Barry Ryan – Commercial Manager
Barry is a professionally qualified and experienced quantity surveyor and contracts manager, with 35 years experience in contracts management, planning, design and bid management. He has been successful in managing refurbishments, including Nike World, London. He has also managed new build, and design and build projects across a number of sectors. His communication skills and customer focus are excellent; and he achieves excellent working relationships with all our clients.

Catherine Sterling-Hull – Finance Manager
Catherine is responsible for the financial control for Brac Contracts and overall P + L account. She has been with Brac for 10 years.

Matthew Tumbridge – Purchasing Manager
Matt is responsible for material and sub-contractor relationships.
