BRAC Contracts were delighted to be involved in new design and refurbishment of the offices of  SAS Wittington in Marlow. This six week project included brightening up the existing area making better use of the restricted day light and lighting and available office space. Work ideally took place at weekends and during the night to keep disruption to a minimum.

Plasterboard office partitions were replaced with full height glazing creating a lot more natural daylight in the main office area but still retaining their privacy. Two plasterboard columns were demolished giving more much needed floor space and a glass meeting room was also constructed ensuring that light came through from the main corridor area. Feature lighting was also installed. Existing desks remained but brighter screen system was installed which could

support additional items such as paper storage trays or monitor arms. Full height cupboards were replaced with lower level storage units which opened up the area giving the illusion of more space. The newly built area was decorated in a neutral colour with the theme carried through to the central columns of the building and therefore increasing the overall brightness.
