BRAC Contracts were commissioned to renovate the outside of a building opposite Madame Tussauds in Marylebone, Samvo House.
Samvo is has its headquarters in Europe but this building is one of their key offices – one of many situated in major cities around the world. So, we were pleased to accept the contract to revamp and restore the exterior of this office building.
The first job was to scaffold the entire frontage of the building.
Over a duration of 12 weeks, we cleaned and restored the brickwork, put on new roof coverings and completed window repairs.
The end result transformed the building to it’s former glory.
