Renaissance House, Croydon is a large, newly built, multi floor building situated close to East Croydon Railway Station. Mott MacDonald chose to use the building for additional office space to complement their existing accommodation in Croydon.
BRAC were contracted to convert the fourth floor into office accommodation to suit their needs and prepare for occupation. Completed in 6 weeks, BRAC installed new office partitions, installed electrical powerpoints, kitchen and food preparation areas, creation of meeting rooms, installed server equipment and IT cabling, installed office furniture, redecorated, added floor coverings and completed alterations to the ventilation systems.
