BRAC Contracts constructed several homes from disused and problematic spaces within existing buildings.
As part of the ‘Hidden Homes’ initiative with Wandsworth Council’s housing department, we created quality housing for rent and shared ownership.
This was a multi-sited project across five buildings where redundant areas such as boiler rooms, tank rooms and roof spaces were refurbished to create living accommodation.
