BRAC Contracts were privileged to be involved in the renovation and refurbishment of the Martello St Studios, a project which was completed in just 12 weeks.
Works included the removal of existing corrugated cementitious sheet roof coverings and installation of composite insulated roof cladding incorporating rooflights; overlaying of flat roof coverings and renewal of rainwater goods.
The outside of the property was also updated with external repairs and redecorations, concrete repairs and replacement of windows.
BRAC also carried out an internal strip out of the rear wing and reclad the sawtooth roof together with a a total refurbishment of the revised sub division of the rear wing to form a new configuration of artists studios.
